The day's catch, steamed in banana leaf.

Twelve hours, finished with our own garam masala.

Whatever the garden gives us that week.

Banyan Honey Panna Cotta
Set with honey from the estate's own hives.
Mango & Cardamom Kulfi
From the same mango trees that gave the garden its start.
Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt Tart
The one thing on this menu that isn't grown here.

Cane chairs, slow fans

A short list of very good drinks — gin built around the garden's own citrus, a whisky list worth lingering over, and virgin cocktails that don't feel like an afterthought.

Open 5 PM till late. Best seat in the house faces the lawn.

The restaurant opens directly onto the lawn for private dinners, sundowners, and wedding receptions. Write to us closer to opening for details and availability.
